Currently I'm working as System administrator Level II, which I can say that I enjoy it since am doing some helpdesk, but also I help the IT manager deploying Cisco Switches, troubleshoot network issues, managing azure AD, documentating corporate network, connections diagram and so on.

I get involved in the deployment of computers for production floor and enroll it to Microsoft Intune, also deploying policies to prevent users to do actions that may compromise the company, such as connections to network shares, hotspot from computers, and so on. I took the initiative to document the network in Visio and the important connections such as Optic Fiber Links from ISP and switches, redundant conections between firewalls and critical production machines.

I'm trying to improve my skills on IT topics currently using Udemy, doing CCNA study guide "Learn about networking and start your journey to Cisco 200-301 Certification." from David Bombal
